Payment card details are collected directly by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and are not stored on our systems.

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record for sale of products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and compliance advisers when needed.
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
