If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to all CalmPath products — eBook, paperback, hardcover, and the CalmPath Premium Membership.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds.
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Select the order and request a refund.
- Or contact us at obioma@o2xtudio.com and we'll help you through the process.
Subscriptions
You can cancel the CalmPath Premium Membership at any time through your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation, your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Physical editions
For paperback and hardcover orders, please contact us before returning a physical item so we can coordinate the return with Paddle.
